Return to Sender is a shamanic energetic practice that helps you reclaim your personal power and restore sovereignty. We identify and redirect unwanted influences that attach to your field. These influences may stem from projections, ill will, emotional entanglements, or unconscious energy exchanges. The practice of sending energy back to its origin both eliminates its effects and restores your personal energy to its pure state. It helps you connect with your inner self while cleansing and strengthening your energy.
During the Session…
I open a sacred container and call in your guides and the lineage of wisdom keepers. Within this protective space, I tune into your energy field. I notice disturbances, heaviness, or foreign imprints that do not belong to you.
Through breath, intention, sound, and ceremonial techniques, unwanted energies are safely reflected back to their source through a neutral, compassionate pathway. This is never done with anger or harm — only with clarity and love.
You may feel a soft shield forming around you. You might notice a wave of warmth, something lifting, or a subtle shift in your surroundings. Some clients experience sudden clarity or a sense of self returning. Others feel deep calm as their energy field finally stabilizes..
